Is that you’re OK right now.

Everything is OK right now.

You’re already a perfect expression.

Of this one infinite creative universal energy.

That’s expressing itself as everything.

Are you doing your existence?

Are you making yourself happen?

Did you design your body and brain?

Did you choose the way you are?

Do you generate thoughts, feelings, impulses and urges?

Do you create the sense of being you?

You’re an expression of this universal energy.

Call it whatever you want.

This energy is being and doing you.

This is being and doing everything.

You are OK.

No matter what.

Always.

Everything is.
