Are you picking and choosing your behaviour?

Are you stopping undesirable behaviour and generating desirable behaviour?

Do you have any power to control anything at all?

Or is everything an expression of THIS?

Is whatever concentration is being expressed.

There is nothing right that needs to happen.

That is other than what is happening right now.

There is nothing wrong with what is happening right now.

Whatever that may be.

What is, is what is right.

This ordinary life.

Is the divine expression.

There is no apple.

There is no bird.

But bird is a very feathery illusion.

And bird sings beautifully on a sunny morning.

The illusions can be recognised.

The illusions can be celebrated.

As perfect expressions of THIS.

You too are an illusion.

There is no you.

Being and doing body.

Being and doing brain.

Being and doing thoughts, feelings, impulses and urges.

Being and doing a sense of a separate self.

Being and doing a sense of agency.

Visceral.

Gut wrenching.

Bone crunching.

Orgasmic.

Illusion.

Put your hand in the fire.

It is true that the fire is an illusion.

It is true that your hand is an illusion.

Both are expressions of THIS.

But beware.

It is true that the fire will burn off your skin.

Burn away your muscles.

And turn your bones to black ash.
