You do not need to understand anything.

To be what you are.

You are simply the happening that you are.

Actions.

Or are they happening by themselves?

Sense of agency.

Are you making it happen?

How?

Or is it happening by itself?

Sense of being a separate self.

Are you making it happen?

How?

Or is it happening by itself?

Suffering.

Are you making it happen?

How?

Or is it happening by itself?

Existence.

Are you making THIS happen?

How?

Or is THIS happening by itself?

And we must control it.

We must be good.

The people who teach us.

Were taught the same thing.

And it was never questioned.

But do you have the power to control your behaviour?

There may be a sense that you do.

An illusion.

But how exactly do you do it?

Are you picking and choosing your behaviour?

Are you stopping undesirable behaviour and generating desirable behaviour?

How?

Or is it just a ridiculous assumption?

Do you have any power to control anything at all?

Or is everything an expression of THIS?

Then what would be the point of creating it?

And who would create the thought about the next thought?

Right mindfulness.

Is whatever mindfulness is being expressed.

Right now.

Right concentration.

Is whatever concentration is being expressed.

Right now.

There is nothing right that needs to happen.

That is other than what is happening right now.

There is nothing wrong with what is happening right now.

Whatever that may be.

What is, is what is right.

This ordinary life.

Is the divine expression.

Are you making any of that happen?

If you think you are, then exactly how are you doing it?

How exactly do you create an apparent defect?

THIS is being and doing everything.

THIS is omnipotent, all-powerful.

THIS does not make mistakes.

Seeing that you are an expression of THIS.

Nothing other than THIS.

Seeing that everything is an expression of THIS.

Does not fix you.

Does not make you a perfect person.

You are not defective.
