“Now I’m going to create a thought about pink elephants”.

If you knew what your next impulse or urge was going to be.

What would be the use of creating that impulse or urge?

“Now I’m going to create an urge to go to the toilet”.

If you knew what your next feeling was going to be.

Why on earth would you not then simply decide to create pleasant feelings?

“Now I’m going to create a feeling to make myself feel like crap”.

It is total and utter bullshit.

This is all just happening.
