THIS is overlooked.

Time and time again.

THIS can’t be it.

Not just THIS.

You say.

And THIS is missed.

THIS isn’t good enough yet.

THIS needs to be better.

You say.

And THIS is missed.

There are too many thoughts.

Too many thoughts about me.

There’s not enough peace.

There’s too much anger.

There’s too much fear.

There’s not enough love.

There’s too much ego.

You say.

And THIS is missed.

I’m close, I’m really close.

I managed to be aware for two hours straight today.

I managed to remain calm for part of that arguement.

I managed to love myself for ten minutes today.

If  only I could always be aware though.

If only I could always remain calm.

If only I could always love myself.

Then I’d be there.

You say.

And THIS is missed.

THIS is so easily disregarded.

THIS is so easily missed.

Because it isn’t perfect.

Because it is a mess.

But THIS doesn’t need to be perfect.

Because THIS is perfection.

All of it.

Exactly as it is.

You think it needs to look perfect.

You think it needs to feel perfect.

You think it needs to be perfect.

To be THIS.

You think you need to be perfect.

For you to be “there”.

But THIS doesn’t need any of that.

Because THIS is perfection.

And you are included.

Exactly as you are.

You are an expression of THIS.

Everything is.

All there is, is THIS.

If you were to ask yourself one question.

Then ask yourself this:

Am I making myself exist right now?

Who is doing any of THIS?

…….

Who grows the grass?

All by itself.

Without anybody doing any of it.

And this is what you are.

What everything is.

Just stop for a second.

If you can.

And just experience.

That is being and doing everything.

Stop all attempts to make yourself exist for a second.

If you can.

Don’t try to make yourself happen.

Still here, right?

Still existing, right?

Still happening?

OK, so you don’t make yourself exist.

You don’t make yourself happen.

Do you agree?

You do exist though.

Right?

Something is making you exist.

Right?

Something is making your existence possible.

That’s obvious isn’t it?

You don’t know what it is.

You can’t describe it.

Or point at it.

But it must be right here.

Right now.

Enabling you to exist.

This something.

Mustn’t it?

Now what could have the power and intelligence.

To do that?

What could have the power and intelligence.

To make you exist.

Just as you are in this moment?

Could it be the same something.

That has the power and intelligence.

To make everything exist?

Could this something.

That is making all THIS exist.

Simply be THIS?

Expressing itself.

As all that is.

Just this one infinite seamless happening.

Happening right now.

An expression.

Of THIS absolute power and intelligence.

Including everything.

Including you.

How could anything exist separately.

From THIS?

Where would it exist?

What else could anything possibly be.

Other than an expression.

Of THIS absolute power and intelligence?

And if you are an expression.

Of THIS absolute power and intelligence.

Doesn’t that mean you are perfect right now?

Already.

Exactly as you are.

Isn’t this true for everyone and everything?
