How are you making yourself exist?

How are you making yourself happen?

Did you create your body?

Did you create your brain?

Are you controlling and managing their functioning?

How are you making yourself see?

How are you making yourself hear?

Or touch, taste and smell?

How are you creating and generating thoughts?

Or feelings?

Or impulses and urges?

How do you breathe?

How do you move your hand?

How do you blink your eyes?

Which muscle cells are you contracting?

How are you contracting them?

How are you communicating with them?

How are you creating the sense of being a separate self?

How are you creating the sense of agency?

This sense of being a separate self.

Is the trick.

This sense of agency.

Is the trick.

This is Life tricking itself.

There is only Life.

Only THIS.

You are a happening.

Everything is a happening.

Happening all by itself.

Within THIS larger happening.

How can anything be separate.

From THIS one infinite seamless happening?
