Are you controlling the synaptic firings of your brain cells?

What about the things that control and move your life?
What about thoughts, feelings, impulses and urges?
Are you creating those?
Are you controlling those?

How do you create a thought?
How do you actually put a thought together?
How do you generate thoughts?
How do you think a thought?
If you were creating thoughts, wouldn’t you just create nice, positive thoughts?
Wouldn’t you need to know what the thought was going to be before you created it?
Wouldn’t that be a thought?
Who creates that thought?
If you were planning a negative thought, why the hell would you create it?
And if you were already thinking about the next thought, why would you need to create it at all?

How do you create a feeling?
How do you actually put a feeling together?
How do you generate feelings?
How do you feel a feeling?
If you were creating feelings, wouldn’t you just create warm, pleasant, happy feelings?
Wouldn’t you need to know what the feeling was going to be before you created it?
If you were planning an uncomfortable feeling, why the hell would you create it?
Why would you make yourself feel bad?

How do you create impulses and urges?
How do you actually put an impulse or an urge together?
How do you generate impulses and urges?
How do you follow or not follow an impulse or an urge?
Sometimes an impulse or an urge is controlled by a counteracting impulse or urge.
Or by a counteracting thought.
But who creates that counteracting impulse or urge?
Who creates that counteracting thought?
If you were creating impulses and urges, wouldn’t you only create impulses and urges to do positive, good and wholesome deeds?
Wouldn’t you need to know what the impulse or urge was going to be before you created it?
Wouldn’t that be a thought?
Who creates that thought?

Let’s go with breathing as an example, since you seem to be doing that all the time.
How do you breathe in?
How do you breathe out?
Which muscle cells are you contracting to move your rib cage and your diaphragm?
How are you telling those muscle cells to contract?
How are you communicating with those muscle cells?

It’s OK.
Everything is simply happening.
Right now.
All by itself.
Without anybody doing any of it.
Everything is an expression.
Of this one infinite creative universal energy.
This infinite energy.
Is expressing itself.
As all that is.
And this includes you.
Of course.
Exactly as you are.
Right now.
This energy.
Is all there is.

No mistakes are ever made.

Everything is under control.
